TheGoodOnYa Bar is NOT just another snack bar out there on the market. My dear friends, they are something on a whole level of their own. The motto of TheGoodOnYa Bar company is "every ingredient matters."
These bars are certified organic and contain no more than 10 ingredients in each bar. Here is a list of the total of all ingredients TheGoodOnYa Bars uses: 100% Organic Cold Milled

Even with so few ingredients, they still taste delicious. They are moist and sweet and very satisfying. I was hesitant at first because they are high in fat, although one way to combat this for myself is to use this bar as a meal instead of eating it as a snack. Now don't get me wrong- this is all GOOD fat. I am not afraid to have a diet including good fat, as I know personally I am able to loose more weight and maintain a healthier weight when I include these better fats in my diet. check out this website from the Mayo Clinic where it explains how important healthy fat is in your diet and the good types of fats. I ate the Breakfast Bar for breakfast yesterday morning instead of a bowl of cereal and I felt very satiated until lunchtime.
I do like having an alternative to the usual organic bars that I eat and I will be purchasing these soon in the future. I like the mild sweetness but also the texture of each of these bars. Plus, the chocolate in the bars was pretty good as well.
These bars are great as well if you have a restrictive diet or eat very healthy

I really love the fact that these are made from so few ingredients but also taste good and are so healthy for you. There are so many "health products" on the market, including organic products, that are really just filled with lots of ingredients and aren't healthy for our bodies. This product, however, is definitely one I recommend and will be keeping around in my pantry.
You can
purchase these bars online and I've even heard of them being in some local health food grocery stores. Let me just say, the shipping was crazy fast! The owner of the company was great to work with, and I just love supporting new(ish) and small businesses.
